LIFESTYLE EDUCATION PROGRAM

Participants begin to explore the health of their mind, body and spirit while cooking together in the kitchen, hiking in the woods, or kayaking on the river as a creative and engaging way to begin to explore barriers and create new habits. Our methods are grounded in scientific evidence-based practices and have an “out-of-the-box” feel that helps to build trust, encourage genuine connection, and support the creative process of transformation.
