Learn how mindful movement can relieve stress and tension, physical pain, and increase well-being. Progressive information over 4 weeks, each month. Led by Kylee Koval. $15 per class/$50 per month.

Friends and Family Night


Relaxing, eating, and playing games helps to ease the pressures of life and reminds us that connection with others is a powerful tool. Hosted at the LivingWell Farm. Call or email for more info and to sign up.
